Products & Authenticity
All jewelry sold by D Royals is handmade and selected for quality. Every piece is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and hallmarking where applicable. Product images are representative; minor variations may occur between pieces.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Promotional discounts are applied at checkout based on the terms of the offer.
Ordering & Delivery
Once you submit an order, our team will contact you to confirm your details before dispatch. Orders are delivered door-to-door across Nepal through our insured logistics partner. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled and are subject to our delivery terms.
Grievances & Returns
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If you have an issue with an order, please submit a grievance through our grievance form and our team will address it. See the Grievance section of this website for details.
Limitation of Liability
D Royals is not liable for damages arising from misuse of products or from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events affecting delivery.
